- Scan the BNO or Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport with biometrics and the passport of eligible applicants for the European Economic Area
- Fill in the form on the official website of GOV.UK

- No need to visit the North Point Visa Application Center in person.
- The results of BNO Visa application will be announced within 12 weeks.
- After the application result is approved, there is no restriction on entry within the specified date.
Overseas business representative visa
The only representative visa for the business of British overseas companies is designed for senior managers of overseas companies to set up representative offices or wholly-owned subsidiaries in the United Kingdom. Such visas are mainly suitable for senior managers of enterprises headquartered outside the United Kingdom and interested in developing the British market. The plan does not require any funds or employees, and the applicant’s family can also accompany.
- Requirements of the applicant
- The applicant must be employed in an overseas company outside the United Kingdom and hold the position of senior supervisor;
- The applicant cannot be the main shareholder of the company (must be less than 30% of the shares);
- The applicant must have considerable work experience and professional knowledge within the scope of the company's business;
- The applicant will establish the only representative office or wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom as the business/chief representative of an overseas company in the United Kingdom;
- The applicant has full authority to make decisions on the business of the representative office or wholly-owned subsidiary in the UK;
- Provide proof of funds for yourself and your family to prove that you don't need to rely on British public aid to make a living during the visa period;
- Provide proof that you have passed the recognized English test equivalent to CEFR A1, or hold a degree taught in English, or come from a country that communicates in English;
- You must go to the approved test clinic for a tuberculosis test (TB Test) and provide proof that you are not infected with tuberculosis.
- Requirements of overseas enterprises
- Overseas companies need to have a stable financial situation (depending on individual industries, the total turnover of a general company ranges from millions to 10 million Hong Kong dollars);
- The representative office or wholly-owned subsidiary established by the applicant in the United Kingdom must engage in the same business as the parent company;
- In the next five years, overseas companies need to be the headquarters of the company and still trade abroad.

- 4. Application for British citizenship:

- This visa is valid for 2 years. You can't apply for settlement in the UK or renew your visa, but you can work during the visa period, and then you can convert to an innovator visa.
- Innovator Visa Innovator visa requirements
- 50,000 pounds or more must be invested.
- Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
- Applicants need to have business experience.
- The English level reaches CEFR B2, which is equivalent to 5.5 points in IELTS.
- Must obtain a endorsement letter (Endorsement Letter) issued by a government-designated agency
- Have enough funds to support life (the applicant needs to provide a certificate of 945 yuan and a proof of 630 yuan for each family member, and hold it for 90 consecutive days)
- The approval time is only 1-2 months;
- If you meet the specified requirements, you can apply for permanent residence; if you do not meet the requirements, you can renew it for three years. There is no maximum time limit for this kind of visa.
- The two visas can form an entrepreneurial team with another applicant, but each applicant needs to meet the above requirements.

T1Investor visa
The British Tier 1 Investor Visa is an investment immigration program for well-funded investors who intend to invest in the UK, and the applicant’s family can also accompany them. - Applicant's request:
- Applicants after March 29, 2019 must invest no less than 2 million pounds in bonds or stocks designated by the British government (not counting property);

- After the end of the investment period, you can apply for permanent residence (you need to leave the UK for no more than 180 days per year)
- Applicants must go to the approved testing clinic for a tuberculosis test (TB Test) and provide proof that they are not infected with tuberculosis.
- Qualified investment:
- Shares or bonds of the company registered in the United Kingdom, and the registered British company must be a company with active business, and the company's main business cannot be property investment, property management or property development;
- A British company with active business means that the company needs to be legally registered with the British Companies House; and registered with the British Revenue Service (HRMC) and is paying taxes; has a registered address; has a bank account opened in the United Kingdom and its account can show that the company's business is in operation; the company needs to hire at least 2 local employees in the United Kingdom, and this employee cannot be a director of the company.
